As you can see, reporting is a little different this year.

In an effort to streamline the data gathering process for everyone, we’ve combined the worksheet and survey into this one file.

The survey itself begins in the third tab with General Information and continues through eighth tab with Section D - Non-Jobbed, Non-Salaried Personnel.

Please download or make a copy of this file and rename it with your theatre’s name before sending it back as an Excel or Google Sheet.

To ensure anonymity, you will not be able to enter your data directly into this file.

Please only enter your data into Row 3 of each spreadsheet tab, and please make sure only one person from your theatre completes the survey! Send completed surveys to

The deadline for completing the survey is Monday, February 2, 2026 11:59p PST, and we hope to have the results published by late February.

The Salary Survey is a Member Theatre benefit, so if you have not renewed your TCG membership, please do so here.

As a reminder, the full report broken down by Budget Groups, as well as specialized reports based on region, custom budget size, and other specifications are ONLY available to theatres that complete the Salary Survey.
