7 | The survey itself begins in the third tab with General Information and continues through eighth tab with Section D - Non-Jobbed, Non-Salaried Personnel. | |||||
8 | Please download or make a copy of this file and rename it with your theatre’s name before sending it back as an Excel or Google Sheet. | |||||
9 | To ensure anonymity, you will not be able to enter your data directly into this file. | |||||
