SUBJECT: 2025-26 AR App Approval and Strategic Plan
The Division of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) is pleased to announce the review and approval of AR App submissions for the 2025-26 State Fiscal Year. Approved plans listed by LEA are now available for download under the 25-26 Strategic Plan tab. LEAs are required to upload their approved plan to the district websites in the 'State Required Information' section.

The Arkansas Department of Education's Federal Finance Unit has distributed grants under the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) for the 2025-26 fiscal year. These grants are reflected in the AR App and the corresponding budgets of each LEA.

Please note that LEA expenditures are authorized based on the information submitted in the LEA’s AR App and corresponding budgets for identified programs. While these materials have been approved by ADE, this approval, along with any grant awards, does not exempt LEAs from adhering to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
