1. On the 2013 Database sheet, click on "View". Then select "List" in the dropdown menu2. In the List view, click on the drop down menus to select the filters to display the desired data.

3. Click on the Blue headings to sort. The sort category shown in the picture below is Total (kg). Click once for lowest to highest - click again for highest to lowest.

4. You can also download the file to Excel or another spreadsheet program for faster sorting and filtering. In the Spreadsheet view click "File" then "Download as" and select from the list of options.
