Silent Auction IT Help DeskStation yourself at our "IT Help Desk" to assist guests who are either not tech savvy, don't want to or can't bid using their phone, or have tech questions about using Auctria to bid. Tablets will be available for guests to use at this desk to bid themselves, or volunteers can help them place their beds. Live Auction SpottersVolunteers will stand next to the stage area and spot audience members who raise their "paddle" to help auctioneer move quickly through the auction.
1-One of these volunteers will need to quickly tally live bids to estimate money raised so far and deliver that info to Lissa
2-One of these volunteers will need to deliver the bidding number and final bidding price of those who win items in the live auction to the checkout crew in the conference room (clear glass doors).
