Feedback (PTA) - to ensure that the school’s feedback policy is consistently applied. To ensure that learners respond to feedback and that this supports their progress. To embed marking for communication (literacy)
AfL (PTA) - to further develop the use of clear, specific lesson objective and success criteria. To establish consistent classroom routines; check in, check up, check out. Use evidence gathered to inform planning of Sequences of learning.

Curriculum Review of courses and Design (AWO) - to ensure the current curriculum to fit for purpose, supporting good progress for all learners.
Accuracy and Design of Summative Assessment (AWO/SGU)
- to establish clear cycles and protocols for the internal and external moderation of assessments. Ensuring that clear assessment whole school principles are adhered to in each assessment design. Develop teacher assessment specialists within each department.

Absence - to ensure that there are clear strategies in place to improve attendance. Ensure that Pastoral team have a clear understanding of the key groups - Overall Absence, PP, K learners and PA all groups.

Develop additional SLT capacity
Governance - to establish an IEB complete an audit of the GB and review the committee and meeting instructions to ensure more robust challenge to Senior Leaders. Develop a school improvement plan that better allows Governors to evaluate the impact of the school’s work on a termly basis.
Middle Leadership Development - to develop a robust Middle Leadership Development programme to support the development of all middle leaders.
