Accuracy and Design of Summative Assessment (AWO/SGU) - to establish clear cycles and protocols for the internal and external moderation of assessments. Ensuring that clear assessment whole school principles are adhered to in each assessment design. Develop teacher assessment specialists within each department.

|Absence - to ensure that there are clear strategies in place to improve attendance. Ensure that Pastoral team have a clear understanding of the key groups - Overall Absence, PP, K learners and PA all groups.|

Governance - to establish an IEB complete an audit of the GB and review the committee and meeting instructions to ensure more robust challenge to Senior Leaders. Develop a school improvement plan that better allows Governors to evaluate the impact of the school’s work on a termly basis.
Middle Leadership Development - to develop a robust Middle Leadership Development programme to support the development of all middle leaders.
