CON2
This document outlines the pinning between the OBD / MUT ports, the CON2 programming connector and the H8/539 (and variants such as the 7202 and 7203) processors (aka the "IC").

It also outlines how each pin behaves in different states (during a bad or failed flash chip, during normal ECU running conditions and during programming modes).

Additional Information
16
1
Connected to K-Line pin but goes through a logic level converter (down to 5V), the IC switches which pin (TXD or RXD) is connected to K-Line depending on transmitting or receiving
17
2
Reset pin is taken to GND to reset IC, it's connected on the PCB to IC pin 19 (WDT out / Vpp in) by logic level converter, if IC crashes or fails to boot WDT pin pulls reset pin to ground
18
3
Vpp pin (and as such MUT Pin 1) should be taken to 12v to supply enough power for flash programming however the Tactrix Openport 2.0 raises this to 17v
19
#REF!4
When flashing via MUT, additional circuitry on PCB raises this to 12v when it detects 12v or more on MUT Pin 1
20
5
Pin is seemingly not used during programming via MUT but is probably used by CON2 external programmer such as the "HOKUTO DENSHI F-ZTAT Programmer FLASH 2"
