Lucy Kennedy(No preference)1 day (10-4?)Unconference-style? Or unconference with a few pre-planned sessions?
Opportunities to discuss specific diversity issues, e.g. disability and workplace adjustments.
Sharing experiences. Information about or from support networks.
Sorry, can't commit to committee, but am interested in discussing and sharing ideas or volunteering for small tasksWhat a great idea! Leeds and Manchester are easiest for me to get to@LucyKennedyUK on Twitter and I'm on OTG Slack too

Marged Cother
During the week would be incredible if at all possible - weekends are tricky for childcare in May.1 day (start at sensible time for travel)Agree - I would add nutrition sessions too. For Energy, for stress management, for mental health etc Also up for sharing and discussing ideas, volunteering for small tasks. (family and work life is a bit crazy ATM!) I'm in London but I would do my love to get away for the day! (time on the train sounds like bliss to me, which shows I don't do it much right now). Manchester or Leeds to be able to get there and back in a day would be ace. @marged

Sarah CarterIdeally a Mon, Weds or Thurs?1 day - 10-4Mental Health first aid kits, diversity in the workplace, chronic illness in tech, how to avoid burnout, journalling. Happy with either formal sessions or unconference style. Oh and I second something about knitting. Some practical sessions (knitting, journalling, meditation etc) would be aces I think. Sadly not, I'm already at peak busy!Happy with Leeds, Manchester (Liverpool? Birmingham?). @SarahLCarter_

No preference1 DayI like the idea of an unconference for part of it - perhaps at the end, once ideas have been stimulated by earlier pre-planned sessions? (Above topics sound great)I love the sound of a journalling session/general craftsI'd love to be! Can donate a couple of hours a week in working time, plus a little outside of that if necessaryHappy with any of the abovemadeleine@kororaa.com / also on slack

Vicky TeinakiNo preference1 dayUnconference is great, but could also be good to have a talk or two if possible from visible people in this space (e.g. Snook are doing stuff on personal safety, HMRC looking at neurodiversity)The stuff on giving people badges to signal how sociable they are look greatCan't commit to anything major at current point but can help with some tasks (if you need stickers I'm your person)Selfishly Newcastle, but others are good provided they start no earlier than 10@vickytnz
10
Gua TabidzeNo preference1 day (start at sensible time for morning happyness and travel)Presentable-result-based practical workshop, camp discussion(Information briefly are shared before the camp and discussed durignt he camp)
Would be benefitial if the camp will start as a stand up intros and 30min chat opportunity with attandees to make the whole camp well connected
Idea(project, platform, content) brainstorming on OneTeaGov principlesRemote if possible. Plus, around day jobIf there will be a need of technical or illustration design, send the idea or brief and assume it is done.No preference
11
Gina MirowNo preference - end of the week if possible e.g. Friday1 dayDiscussion around how organisational culture
can be encouraged to change to be more supportive
of people's wellbeing
Discussion about how we can go beyond developing better
coping mechanisms in resposne to stressful environments
to actually making environments less stressful for ourselves
and for each other
Recognise how this issue means very
different things to different people
Yes. I could
contribute some time outside
working hours
This is an awesome idea but
needs to be sufficiently relevant
and practical to lead to actual change
Manchester would be greatgina.mirow@socialfinance.org.uk

Heather Craghill
No preference particularly, except couldn't do 10-13 May1 dayAll of the above sound fab, especially creative workshops! I like the idea of journalling too - I bullet journal & find it fab for my anxietyYes! I could spare a few hours a week around my current working scheduleJust to make sure it is as non-intimidating as possible, because the idea of a lot of people in one place might put off the people this would benefit the mostNewcastle is a good shout, also: Nottingham, Leeds, Liverpoolheather.craghill@education.gov.uk
