Objective:
The goal of the TFRW Public Relations (PR) Award is to build trust, improve reputation, and boost visibility by authentically sharing your club’s narrative, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and managing communication with current members, potential members, and the community. Keep expanding your club’s brand through diverse PR channels in your community and increase club membership.

PR Award Specifics:
• This award is valid from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2027. It recognizes specific accomplishments across four categories: Overall PR Commitment, Newsletter, Social Media, and Website.
• To be eligible for the award, clubs must fulfill the minimum points, per club size requirements.
• ALL items in the sections marked “REQUIREMENTS” in ALL the four categories MUST BE MET in order to qualify for the award.
• BONUS Activities are awarded at varying amounts.
• Clubs that accumulate the highest points based on club size and category will be honored with an award for their exceptional efforts in promoting their club.
• Additionally, clubs must maintain good standing to qualify for this award.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING THIS WORKBOOK:
1. Download the Workbook and save on your computer with club name before the document name. Permission will be denied editing Workbook on the TFRW website.
2. The Workbook is divided into colored tabs or sheets which apply to the Instructions, Category Summary plus one sheet for each of the four categories. You may navigate between sheets by using the tabs at the bottom or along the right side.
3. Fill out ALL the information at the top of the Instructions page.
4. The Category Summary tab will populate automatically as you fill in the sheets. In the four category sheets, please click on the checkbox to the left of each completed item to make the check appear. In some items you will also need to click on the checkboxes within the item in order to obtain the appropriate number of points.
5. Requirements - The total points corresponding to the Requirements section of each category will only populate if ALL the items have been completed and checked and will then update the Category Summary sheet. Partial Credit will not be given. This section MUST be completed in ALL four categories to be eligible to receive the award.
6. Bonus - Once an item is checked, the points will automatically be added to the total at the bottom of the Bonus section as well as updated on the Category Summary sheet.
