4		Dear Customer,
5		Datamigrations are always custom-made and can be very complex and time-consuming. In order to perform the migration as smooth as possible, we kindly ask you to fill in this Excel as complete as possible.

9	1	Colors	Definition of the colors on the following tabs:
10			ie. Owner	mandatory to fill in
11			ie. owner.userName	database fieldname
12			ie. Alex	if you use these, they have to be identical to the values in Carerix
13			ie. Middle name	optional to fill in

15	2	Deduplication	Be aware: The customer is responsible for the data in the importfile. Carerix is not able to check the validity of the contents and shall therefore not change it.
16			The Cx technical consultant shall check the file if it is importable technically, but shall not change the data and/or deduplicate it.

18	3	Casesensitivity	Be aware: The Carerix system doesn't use casesensitive unique id's. If for instance 4 ID's are made: AB1001, Ab1001, aB1001 en ab1001, the Carerix system will recognise it as 1 ID.
19			Therefore please take care of good ID's when preparing this file.
