Our organization invites guest speakers, including physicians, researchers, and community leaders, to share their expertise and inspire meaningful conversations. Beyond education, we host impactful events such as hygiene drives, health awareness campaigns, and mentorship workshops that directly support women in our community and empower the next generation of female leaders in medicine.

In addition to that I will teach about most of the concepts the FAA(Federal Aviation Administry) tests about, for example “Four forces of Flight”. All the topics will be taught by me, Balark, as I am currently in training to get my pilot license and would love to spread my knowledge and love for aviation. Additionally, there will be fun challenges regarding the learnt topic, such as landing challenge, design challenge, and more. All in all my goal in this club is to build people’s interest, curiosity, and foundation of aviation so the next time they step inside a plane they can say “I know how this works” or “I know what that is for”. Another goal of mine is to help people who love aviation be more engaged and active, such as plane spotting, playing a flight simulator, or even volunteering at an aviation-related place. Meetings will hopefully be hosted every week on Tuesday in P3.

Our goal is to introduce students to the power of cloud computing (the delivery of computing services without relying on a hard drive or local storage device) and the internet, which is necessary information to create a tech-based startup or application. We do this through lectures, hands-on workshops with online simulations, and interaction with experienced guest speakers. We hope to invite more guest speakers next year and host in-person events related to cloud computing.

The club do this by organizing monthly workshops where students can learn to safely use 3D printers, laser cutters, heat presses, and vinyl cutters. The club will also host Free-for-All (FFA) events, allowing students to use the Makerspace machines free of charge, with expert guidance available.

Through Young Mentors, MSJ students are paired up with those in need of tutoring in K-8 based on both sides’ individual preferences and needs. Then, Young Mentors will guide them through the process of connecting and tutoring, providing support and help. Young Mentors also offers service hours for the tutoring completed and encourages students to track their time spent over the course of the year. We also hope to include activities to help tutors become closer with their tutees and provide them with necessary teaching resources. We have helped link countless tutors with tutees and even helped many students gain the Presidential Award for their dedication and commitment to tutoring.
