1 | Important information for undergraduates seeking a BS in Geology: Two of the four upper division electives required for the Geology BS may be taken outside the Geology Department but we encourage you to review your schedule with a Geology Department advisor. All upper division electives in the Chemistry, Math and, Physics departments are already accepted substitutions for Geology upper division electives. Note that G453 Geology of the Pacific Northwest cannot be used towards your upper division elective requirement. If you are interested in taking an upper division elective from other allied departments, including those listed below, please send an email to your Geology advisor indicating your intent to do so and which class you would like to enroll. Advisors are Adam Booth (boothad@pdx.edu), Ben Perkins (rperkins@pdx.edu), and Martin Streck (streckm@pdx.edu). You can also reach out to the Department Chair with questions / concerns, John Bershaw (bershaw@pdx.edu). | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
