7/17/2020Chris ThompsonCOVID Policy Allowance Matrix. This is a new iteration of the document Sara put together to capture our thinking, perspectives and information we’re aware of regarding the allowances we have temporarily extended to industry during the pandemic. It is based on Sara’s draft, but is revised in light of direction from Rick. Justin feedback: sep columns enforcement division and general law enforcement agency. Could send to WASPC and Prevention to add any issues or concerns. List advisements we have out on the sheet. Suggest each division fill out their portion. Chris: Everyone gets the form, fills out what they have to contribute, leave rest blank. Anymore comments to matrix template, please let Chris know by end of the week 7/24. Chris will tweak and resend to team and get timelines from Rick for when we need to complete this project. 7/24 How allowances will have an impact on licensees (Kathy), add a cell Licensee Compliant Costs. Finalize matrix and timeline of process. Subteam (legal and policy team) to begin to populate info on matrix. Kathy/Rick/Megan will schedule (7/28) meeting/put legal policy subteam together, who, what when. Public health/prevention perspective reflected with Trecia and Sara gone. Judy Edwards invited into meetings to help with Health/prevention perspectives. She will reach out to contacts from list provided to Justin from Trecia to gather perspectives while Sara on maternity leave.
