Notes about Using the Template:

1 - Use one row for each set of related recommendations (i.e., similar recommendations that apply to more than one among Data Producers, Data Distributors and Data Users)

2 - Use Case Author and Name of Person Making Recommendations are not necessarily the same. A use case provided by someone can be analyzed by another to make recommendations.

3 - A given use case may have multiple rows filled with recommendations (e.g., recommendations that apply to more than one phase in Data Quality Information Management)

4 - Relevant Success Criteria - illustrates what the result of implementing the recommendation would be (how it would contribute to the success of the use case)

5 - Current Degree of Compliance - indicates if the solution recommended are currently implemented somewhere, and to what degree. If it has been implemented in multiple locations, choose the one with the highest degree.

6 - Complying Agency/Institution - identifies one or more agencies or institutions where the recommendation has been implemented to the degree indicated.
