Welcome to Sortable/Filterable Ship List v2!

What's cool about this version: You no longer have to make a new copy every time I add a new ship!
Your personal copy of this spreadsheet will update itself automatically as I add data to mine. To elaborate a little:
These sort of updates will NOT require you to make a new copy:
- A new ship was added
- An existing ship was updated (fixing a mistake, changing the "Bundle" as a new Mudd's Choice Pack comes out, etc)

These sort of updates would require you to make a new copy:
- I add a new column to the Ship List
- I add a new tab to the References section for something I thought was cool
- I add a new setting to the Options tab
The plan is to keep these updates few and far between. Note that even if your copy of the spreadsheet is outdated, it will still automatically pull updates.

What else is new?
- Ship Consoles! Ship List now includes the Console each ship comes with. Note that for Legendary ships, I left it blank rather than trying to jam in the multiple consoles they come with. Just check their wiki page :)
- Ship Trait links Ship List now has a link for each Trait
- New Options Added a new Options tab - check it out!
- References tabs I took a few of my other spreadsheets and built them into this one. I figured they'd be more handy if they were right at your fingertips here.
- New color-coding The columns for Sci / Tac / Eng / Uni Consoles and for Admiralty Card now have more color

What was left behind?
I abandoned a few features that I didn't think were worth keeping up
- T5 Zen Ships tab I added this to the old spreadsheet to help people with the 100% Off T5 Coupons, but A) we haven't gotten one of those recently, and B) it's not like that list is changing much these days
- Small Craft tab I built that one on a whim in the first place. Again, nothing new has come out for this any time recently.
- The four "Configurable Columns" These were at the far-right of the old ship list. I'm not sure how many people even knew what they were lol.
- The "Cruiser Command Anlysis" columns To clarify: Cruiser Commands are still in this version. But the old version had some extra columns that showed the same information in a more condensed format.
- Color-coding the "Bundles" column I wanted to keep this, but the way ship data is now imported made it difficult. Not impossible, but it would have been really annoying to do well. Sorry :(

These are changes that your spreadsheet has pulled in automatically!
This ability is limited to:
- Adding new ships to the Ship List
- Updating data in the Ship List
- Adding "Oddball" explanations to the Ship Types (Detailed) chart
- Updating the Count columns in both Ship Types charts

These are changes that cannot be pulled in automatically.
To make a new copy, use the link above.

To copy over any marks you made in Column A of the Ship List:
1. Clear Filters: Make sure both copies are un-filtered, so all ships are showing
2. Sort: In the Ship List, click the "+" above Column A to reveal the hidden "ID" column. Sort by this column. Do the same in your new copy.
3. Copy / Paste: Copy and paste all of Column A.
(The old version of the Ship List needed a fancy Import tab because I couldn't guarantee that both copies would have all the same ships. Thanks to the automatic imports, that's no longer an issue. As long as both lists are in the same order, a simple copy-paste will do)

If a new ship is not showing up in your spreadsheet:
Open any filter dropdown and just click "Okay". That will force it to double-check.

- Specs: counts the number of different specializations the ship has. (Int/MW would be 2, Int/Int would be 1)
- Spec Seats: counts the number of specialization seats (Int/MW and Int/Int would both be 2)
- Spec Slots: counts the number of specialization abilities that could be slotted (Commander Int / Lt MW would be 6)

On Ship Types (Simplified), deleted the column for Singularity Cores. This column groups Warbirds with their non-Warbird counterparts, so that column served no purpose.

On Ship Types (Detailed), renamed the unique row for the Keth Sarr from "Courier" to "Raider (Extra Weapon)"

18 Mar 2025An unannounced ship slipped into the Infinity Lockbox today. It currently has 3 spec seats, but there's reason to think one of them is a mistake (LtCmdr Sci instead of Lt Sci/Cmd). I'm documenting its stats as it currently exists though.
