15 | Brenda Marion Byman | 3/10/1949 | 5/7/1961 | 12 | 1 | 27 | Wilmer | British Columbia | May | 1961 | Brenda Byman was last seen by her family on May 6, 1961. On May 7, Mother’s Day, while staying over at a friend’s house, 12-year-old Brenda walked out of Wilmer, British Columbia, towards Lake Enid with four other youths, and never returned. According to police records, Brenda went hiking with her girlfriend, Vivian Barrett, and three older boys: Edward Carson, John Carson and Elwood Godlien. They had plans to picnic and swim at Lake Enid, five kilometres north of Wilmer. Vivian and Edward allegedly left the group, leaving Brenda with John and Elwood at the lake. Some have accused the boys who were last with Brenda with her disappearance, while others speculate that she was picked up by a passerby or got lost in the bush. Despite four hundred searchers combing the area surrounding the lake for two weeks, Brenda’s body was never located. According to her friends, Brenda headed back home by herself, and the last thing they heard were voices and a car door slamming along the road where she was walking. However, police believe that at least two of the males, one of whom was 18, had sex with Brenda while on the outing that day. Police suspect that Brenda was murdered that day and secrets were kept by those involved.Whatever the truth, five youth left that day and only four returned. | White | Female | Red | Blue | 5'4" / 163 cm | 99 lb / 45 kg | Grey and faded black check slacks, faded out parka jacket dyed royal blue with fur lined pink hood, dark blue sweater, white blouse, yellow scarf with flowered four-inch border, blue and white saddle type shoes size 6. | Canada's Missing | Case details | 4673DFBC - Brenda Marion Byman | (4) Please Bring Me Home | Facebook

Eunice has not been seen or heard from since. September 1st, 2025 marks sixty-one years since the disappearance of Eunice Esther Bird, a case that continues to weigh heavily on her family and community. Eunice, known affectionately as Snooksie, was just sixteen years old when she vanished in Prince Rupert on September 1, 1964. She was last seen getting into a yellow sports car. Her family remembers she had asked her grandmother for her last paycheque from the Cassiar Cannery shortly before she disappeared. Friends later said she might have been hitchhiking toward Quesnel to visit a boyfriend, but his name was never confirmed. When her parents reported her missing, RCMP at the time dismissed the case, calling her a runaway. This forced her family to search on their own, travelling across B.C. for years and following up on rumours and unconfirmed sightings. Despite their efforts, Eunice was never found. Her siblings recall her as kind, happy, and protective of her younger brothers and sisters. Today, they continue to share her story to keep her memory alive and in hopes of finally finding answers. 27 | Glenda Tedball | 4/12/1951 | 10/31/1967 | 16 | 6 | 19 | Thedford | Ontario | October | 1967 | Tedball was last seen when she left her residence heading for the back of the property and was seen by a neighbor. She has not been seen or heard from since. She lived with her mother and her companion and with her siblings near the village of Thedford northwest of London. She went to the local high school and has been described as very shy. In September 1999, police charged Edward Graton, a 66-year-old London man, with culpable murder in this case. Since the arrest, investigators have had the foundations of the old farmhouse where Glenda Tedball lived, dug up. The house itself burned to the ground several years ago. Glenda has never been found. Edward Gratton confessed to police that Glenda Tedball's death was caused by a home abortion carried out by her mother. She bled to death in the basement of her remote country home as Gratton held her down by the shoulders and her mother performed an abortion with a coat hanger. Gratton helped tie Glenda's wrists and ankles to a cot in the basement and when she struggled as she bled, he held her down, putting a gag in her mouth. Although Gratton told police the teenager was buried under the farmhouse, a recent excavation failed to turn up her remains. In 2000, Gratton began two years of a community sentence to pay for his crime. Glenda's mother Norma Poore died in 1999. | White | Female | Brown | Unknown | 5'6" | 138 lb | 553DFON - Glenda Tedball | Glenda Bertha Tedball (1951-1967) - Find a Grave Memorial

Robert went into the bush behind Larder Lake Public School with some friends and became separated from them. He has not been seen since. From Whereabouts Unknown: On November 30, 1982, twelve-year-old Robert Heintz went into the bush behind Larder Lake Public School in Larder Lake, northeastern Ontario, with four other boys during lunch hour. The group had planned to hide out in the woods after leaving school, intending to run away. When the boys didn’t return, concern began to grow. The following day, the others emerged from the dense forest — cold, hungry, and disoriented. They had spent the night lost in the bush and eventually found their way out to the highway. All of them made it back. Except Robert. At the time, Robert — a youth in care — was living at the New Horizons Boys Home in nearby Kearns. The home was intended to provide a stable and supportive environment for boys who could not live at home. Staff described Robert as quiet and well-behaved. When he went missing, the home’s manager immediately joined in and helped lead the search, working closely with local authorities and community members. Despite efforts to locate him, no trace of Robert was ever found. His disappearance left a lasting mark on those who knew him and continues to raise difficult questions more than four decades later. In the years that followed, the boys who were with Robert that day lived under a cloud of suspicion, accused of harming their friend. As adults, they’ve shared their memories of what truly happened — and the trauma that followed. | Indigenous | Male | Brown | Brown | 4'9" / 145 cm | 90 lb / 41 kg | denim blue jeans, denim blue jean jacket, nylon blue shoes | Canada's Missing | Case details | 2020DMON - Robert Heintz
