There were 23 vehicles (cars and trucks) parked on the east side of the pipe storage yard. Many green pipe segments have been painted white. Most of the green pipes are painted already. A small amount of the green pipes are halfway painted. There are also piles of brown pipe segments there. I observed 1 worker near the 2nd entrance off if Blackwoods Rd. He was near the sign that says MASKS ARE REQUIRED, however, he did not have a mask on. There are approximately 20 cars and trucks parked just inside this entrance; some with MN plates and some not. There is always matting at this storage yard. Today, there were also many steam shovels and other large trucks. A couple of trucks say Precision Pipeline on them. Trucks were moving around inside the storage yard.YesA man sat in a black pick-up truck blocking the first entrance/exit off of Blackwoods Rd. He seemed to be security.YesThere is one white trailer with windows that looks to be an office near the second entrance off of Blackwoods Rd. There is also a white trailer, that I didn’t see windows on, closer to the corner of hwy 73 and Blackwoods Rd.The entrance sign has the name Precision Pipeline on it. There is another sign with Covid rules on it. It says NORTHERN CLEARING INC, MASK REQUIRED, MAINTAIN 6FT SOCIAL DISTANCE, PERSONAL ASSESSMENT AND TEMP CHECK REQUIRED.
