He has some insights that may affect some decisions of how people approach these scenarios. There has been a lot of discussion about these two cubes. In general, these two cubes are the best cubes for majority of Nikkes. Some would say that Bastion is better than Resilience (higher DPS over time). In a vaccuum calculation, Bastion has higher DPS by about 1-3% than Resilience; but if you have Reload speed buffer (e.g. Admi/Privaty), then Resilience will come out roughly 5% higher than Bastion. However, even on actual testing, both are having varying results. Regardless, both are still coming roughly similar to one another. This allows you to have faster energy generation and may allow you to squeeze in one extra burst or full duration by the end of the fight. e.g. Once Novel reaches Max Stacks, then skill 2's stacking mechanic of hit 100 normal attacks becomes negligible for the rest of the fight. Max Ammo Overload Breakpoints: It's good to understand primarily for SR/RL that there are breakpoints of when you gain more bullets. Each Overload Tier is calculated to base ammo and added separately. For Example, if you have 56.6% and 73.04% Max Ammo Capacity Overload on Sniper Rifle, you end up with 129.64% Max Ammo which should calculate into 7.7784 bullets which should round into 8 bullets. However, you'll only get +7 bullets from those OLs because 56.6% gives 3 bullets (rounded down from 3.39 bullets) and 73.04% gives 4 bullets (rounded down from 4.38 bullets). On the counter side, if you have 60.71% and 73.04% Max Ammo Capacity OLs, you end up with +8 bullets because 60.71% gives 4 bullets (rounded up from 3.64) and 73.04% also gives 4 bullets.
