*Refer to IF Rule 187; 2. Implements will be provided by the Host Society. Athletes will be permitted to bring their own implements provided that they are IAAF  certified, checked and marked  as approved by the Head Official / Technical Representative before the start of the competition. Implements brought to the Games by athletes will not be accepted if the same model is already on the list of those that will be provided by the Host Society. All implements, either provided by the Host Society or brought to the Games by a specific athlete, will be available for use by all athletes.
