39	Victor is a lightly muscled young man, capable of minor acrobatic feats. He is fairly tall for his age, standing at six feet of height. His red hair is usually quite wild and his golden yellow eyes will sometimes reflect his mood in times of great emotion, seeming to darken when he's angry or brighten when he's happy. 41	Victor is not especially gentle or kind due to the way his father raised him with his mother being mostly in the background, but he tries to be decent to people all the same. He’s got some trust issues since the person he trusted the most after his parents were killed, turned out to be after his life. He knows not everyone is going to be a Reaper, but that doesn’t make him feel any better. Victor is pretty clever for someone who came from humble beginnings. If you need someone to convince other people of something, or to haggle prices or something along those lines, he’s your man. He can be pretty cunning and with enough information can do a lot, after all, that was how he managed to evade a death plot, even if it caused him to part with his first Pokemon, something that Victor still hasn't quite gotten over. He imagines that Fenris is most likely dead, having been judged as useless to a member of the Elite Four.							Victor's goal was to become the Petalburg Gym Leader, but that goal died when Petalburg City was sacked. Now he just wants to get away from the man who wants to kill him. He plans to start a new life somewhere far away from Sidney.
