4	SAFETY FIRST! Please wear gloves - they can be found in the Welcome Cabin or in the (unlocked) Growing Group shed. Please prioritise your own safety; don't do or lift anything that could make you uncomfortable or hurt you.

6	Done	HIGH PRIORITY: Turning the compost	Use a garden fork to give both bins a good mix - this helps the compost stay healthy. You can take off the whole wooden top if that's easier.	Miranda
7	Done	URGENT: Top up the memorial planter near the community room	Please gentle dig up the plants and put them to one side, top up the planter from the big bags of compost by the play shack (right to the top as it will settle) and replant the plants. Then give them a water - thank you! This ideally needs to be done before the end of March.
8	On Hold	Re-mesh the gates	We keep a strip of mesh along the bottom of the main gates - there is a role of plastic coated mesh in the shed and cable ties in the Welcome Cabin box on blue shelves. Any old wire needs to be removed, squished into a small bundle, and stahes by the wooden shed. Then use the cable ties to neatly attache strips of the plastic coated mesh to the gates. Any quesitons or you can't find anything - please ask Rob	Rob	old mesh taken down, awaiting decision on repainting gates before putting new mesh up - we have new coated mesh in shed ready
9	Done	Deep cleaning the loos	It's not glamourous but it is important! All the door surrounds, pipework, dispensers etc (basically everything) needs wiping down. The floor behind and around the toilets needs cleaning. The heaters need dusting - you'll either need to find a sneaky way to get in there without taking off the mesh cover, or take off and replace the cover with care as the screw holes are getting loose. Cleaning kit is in the Welcome Cabin, ask us if you can't find anything.	Lidia	Is there any chance we can get something to clean those heaters properly? That long grey brush is not very practical.
10	Done	Empty white bin bags of meadow clippings into compost bins	Please empty the white bin bags behind the toilets into the compost bins.
11	Not yet started	Tidy and sort growing group shed	The green shed closest to Y Nyth needs a sort and tidy please
12	Done	Washing down the windows of the greenhouses	A bucket of warm water and a cloth will do - if you can find some vinegar in the kitchen please add a splash
13	In progress	Tidying up around the greenhouses	Getting rid of any broken pots or other items, stacking other pots neatly, sweeping off and tidying any benches and tables and anything else you feel would help get it tidied up
14	In progress	Bramble cutting	Cut back any brambles growing on to site - there are secateurs in a tool box on the DIY cupboard in the wooden shed behing the loos (shed code 0179, toolbox code 549). Brambles are growing into the meadow by the loos and through various gaps inthe fence. The brambles can be chopped into small bits pushed through the back fence behind Y Nyth. Please wear gloves and take care when using the secateurs as they are sharp! Please make sure the secateurs are locked away securely once finished. Ask a member of the team if there's anything you can't find.	Hanna & Angelica

16	In progress	Cut back any meadow greenery extending on to the path	Mostly this is outside the Welcome Cabin window. There are shears in the wooden shed behing the loos (shed code 0179, toolbox code 549). Anything you cut can go in the compost bin. Please wear gloves and take care when using shears/ secateurs, they are sharp! Please make sure any tools are locked away securely once finished.	Angelica & Hanna
17	Done	Big bins of slime need emptying...	Sorry this is a bit gross and will need a couple of peole working together. Some bins were left by the compost bins with some harvested compost in, but the rain got in and then people started putting litter in them. They need emptying - I'm sorry, this really isn't a fun one! The litter can obviously go in the bin, water can be rained off into the gravel, and any sludge left behind can go in the compost bins as long as some ripped up cardboard is chucked in at the same time to soak up the extra water. The empty bins can be rinsed with the hose and left upside down in the same spot. Whoever decided to tackle this gets lunch on us!	Olly
