1 - NavigationCustomizing Desktop1)You will be working in My Institution a lot so you want it on your desktop. Start > Institution > My Institution left hold and drag to desktop
 2)Right click on the icon and select Remove to remove it from the desktop.

1 - NavigationMultiple tab management1)Search for 2016IRK institutions. Start > Institution > Institution Search or from the Institution Search icon on the desktop. Type 2016IRK in the Name box.
 2)Select the hyperlink (Institution Name) to one of the institutions.
 3)Go back to Institution Search Results tab and select another institution.
 4)Go to the tab for the first institution and close the tab (use the "x").
5)Minimize the Institution module ("-" in the upper right).
 6)Maximize the Institution module (Institution Search in lower left).
 7)Close the module ("x" in upper right).

 2)Using the Show Search form search for one of the Teams you just added
 3)Edit the Name (but keep your initials) and Save.
 4)Clear the Filter.

 2)Assign yourself the Local Admin (Species360) role Staff > select yourself > Actions > Edit ZIMS User Details -Click "ZIMS User" checkbox -Assign a username (must be unique in ZIMS) and a password -Select role from left side menu, double click to move to right side assignment menu and save.

2 - InstitutionCreating Custom Roles1)Create a new Role for your Education Curator. Husbandry/Administration Roles > Actions > Add New. Put your initials at the front of this Role. (EXAMPLE: AEMEducation). Do not select a Role Template. Save.
 2)Highlight the Role > Manage Role Access > Module = Animal > check Turn on module functionalityAssign the following access to this Role: Search/View all Animal data, access to Add Notes and Observations, access to add Weights and Lengths.

  1. A Terrestrial walk through exhibit for macropods
  2. A Terrestrial building
  3. An Aquatic building for your Fish exhibits with multiple Water Types

  1. Pen in your walkthrough
  2. Holding room in your terrestrial building
  3.Aquarium in your Fish building with Water Type of Freshwater
  4.Cave in your aquatic exhibit
