RSVP		In this mindful running session, we will learn how to combine mindfulness with running and learn to run at our own pace. The session will come in two parts.

First is meditation. Whether you are a newbie or a seasoned meditator, this session will help you begin your weekend with a clear and centered mind. As a group, we will do a 5-minute meditation. We will practice being present in the moment by keeping our attention on breathing. When thoughts come up, which is completely natural, you can simply bring your attention back to breathing.

The second part is running. With our minds refreshed, we will do a warmup routine to get our bodies—mainly hips, hamstrings, shoulders and core—ready for the run. Then I will share a few mindful running lessons for you to apply and we will do a very relaxed and easy 20 minute group run around the east part of Pan Handle park. I will guide you in how to monitor your breathing, rhythm, and stability for a great running experience. Come join and rediscover your own running :)

As epic as VeeCon is playing out to be, having a variety of epic satellite events hosted by the community is essential to making this the most memorable event in web3 history.

The price and amount of time slots needed are all dependent on the number of participants, but tandem rates for a single person are $229.

Groups of 10 receive $20 off each jump, and tshirts/swag will be planned for all attendees. Payment arrangements will be addressed after the final attendees are announced.
