In Planning tab fill in the blank fields.

- Tickets and Boombus prices are automatic updated.
- Just choose your Boom bus option or 'None' if you don't plan to take it.
- Place your flight tickets estimated cost.
- The "Obs" colunm is just for any note may want to add.
- Totals will show values in Euros and your prefered currency

- You can find detailed information for each item expanding the notes
- Determine the budget for each item and you can use the "Quantity" column as a multiplier. (Eg: 20€ in food per 7 days)

1b.As you finish planning the budget for all items, fill in the current date in order to let the spreasheet calculate the change in value in the next days according to the exchange rate between Euro and your currency. It will show how much more or less you need to save.

1c.Determine the amount you will be able to save each month.

- Column "By month calculated" shows how much you need to save each month to reach the goal according to your inputs
- There is a progress bar on the right side that indicates how far you are from reaching the goals described above it

2a.In "Piggy Bank' tab fill in the amount you actually managed to save

- At the end of each month place the money amount you were able to save in the corresponding field
- The "Plan" column shows the amount you planned and "Calculated" recalculate the same amount proportionally according to your effective savings

- In order to use the Piggy Bank you need to fill in all months in "Planning" OR leave it all blank if you want to follow the automatic values

In "General" tab you can find a dashboard with:

- How much the Euro value has changed between the date you've set as Planned Date and current date
- Today's date and remaining days until the event
- The total amount you've saved, it's average and the remaining value (Piggy Bank must be used for these values)
