Director of Marketing- Designs shirts and promotional merchandise for Buddy Day and BASCBusy Leading up to events that need advertising or
promotional material created

- Creates the event publication for BASC

- Creates posters for various ASBAA events throughout the year

- Assists positions such as Social Media Manager and Promotions Associates when promoting events

Executive Assistant- Assists all other positions where need beBusy throughout the year

- Helps President and Vice President with last minute planning and tasks

- Encourages students to participate in ASBAA and ASBAA events

- Position is utilized to whatever extent is wanted/needed by the President and VP

Corporate Events Coordinator- Organizes the CPA Wine & CheeseBusy during the summer plannin and throuout September
until the event is finished

- Communicates and coordinates with event sponsors leading up to event and following event

- Organizes catering and all logistical aspects of the event

- Works with the CDC and other schools to help promote the event

Toronto Trip Coordinator- Organizes the Toronto TripBusy during late summer and the first semester up until
the trip is over (the event is typically held around Thanksgiving

- Arranges all accommodations and transportation

- Coordinates site visits with firms

- Markets the trip to students

- Selects participants to attend the event

Corporate Relations Coordinator
- Acts as liaison between ASBAA and its corporate sponsors through the CSA intermediaries known as MCR’s
Busy to varying degrees depending on what events are
coming up and what information needs to be communicated

- Emails may be regarding company logos, event swag, event details, approval of promotional posters,
event attendance, sponsorship levels, etc.

- Wil help answer student questions through email

Social Media Manager- Manages all social media sites for ASBAA, as well as the ASBAA websiteBusy throughout the year, but time commitment is minimal

- Creates the mailing list for all ASBAA members

- Promotes upcoming ASBAA and sometimes Asper events

- Reminds followers of important deadlines and tips throughout the recruitment season

Promotions Associates
- Informs Asper students of all upcoming ASBAA events through classroom talks/writing on the board
Busy leading up to Asbaa events

- Helps encourage students to get involved in ASBAA

- Takes pictures for ASBAA throughout the year

BASC Co-Chair- Assists the Vice President with all aspects of BASCBusy throughout first semester at varying degrees depending
on how planning is going and up until the end of BASC

- Communicates with judges prior to and during the event

- Coordinates with out of town teams

Logistics Coordinators- Organizes all logistical aspects of BASCBusy throughout first semester at varying degrees depending
on how planning is going and up until the end of BASC

- Plans all meals for the participants and judges, including food/drinks for Wine & Cheese and Gala Dinner

- Organizes all transportation needs for the weekend

- Arranges all AV needs for the weekend

- Will aid in the organization of other events
