Volunteer Sign Ups for Trick or Treat at Orion - Oct 28 from 11am - 2 pm (arrive by 10:30 am to set up)

SIGN UP BELOW / INSTRUCTIONS FOR PICNIC TABLE HOST FAMILIES: Families, please sign up below for one of the themes below to host or sponsor a table. Please note your family’s name and email, as well as the contact info for any other families in your team.

Important Notes:
Consider teaming up with a family or two for hosting a table. That way, you can take turns hosting while still enjoying the festivities. Plus, students love to brainstorm and decorate as a team!
Please bring your own decorations, treats, games and/or activities for your table and be as creative as you’d like in bringing your theme to life.
If you will have prizes/giveaways/treats at your table, prepare for a ballpark of ~200-250. Please prepare individually packaged treats if you plan to give out treats, and be mindful of our no-nut policy on campus.
Please arrive 30-45 mins prior to event start time to set up.
