3 | Inclusions | •Website hosting for CSE-IT supported currently-operational departmental websites. •Maintenance and upgrades of third-party software (CMS, plug-ins, etc.) associated with these sites. •User administration (access control for website content modification). |
4 | Exclusions | •All services provided by CSE-IT’s Basic Web Support service are outside this service’s scope, but are necessary and required. We don’t support your website via this service unless we support your department generally. •Significant website customization or assistance is available via CSE-IT’s custom solutions development and maintenance services. |
5 | Initiating Service | •Members of departments with an existing CSE-IT support relationship do not need to initiate service. •Units without an existing CSE-IT support relationship should email the CSE Service Desk. |
6 | Cost | Flat fee per department site. |
7 | Service Use | Contact the CSE Service Desk (5-0876, csehelp@umn.edu) to request website-related IT support and/or the attention of your IT Support Coordinator who can work with you to address your website-specific needs. |
