General instructions:
-Fill in values where applicable (only YELLOW cells are for data entry)
-Enter your estimated usage of healthcare on the Usage worksheet
-Enter your plan data on the Plans worksheet (you should have a summary of plan benefits to refer to from each of the plans you are comparing)

On the USAGE worksheet, estimate annual number of events (or for whatever period you are considering) for each family member (enter for In-Network and Out of Network as applicable).

Prescription drug coverage is not included in the Usage calculations - may be added in a future version if we start to use this more.

To add it yourself, add line items in the events below and adjust formulas and line items in the Plans sheet.

On the PLANS worksheet, enter data from each of the plans that you are comparing. You should refer to a summary of plan benefits for each plan to make sure you know the plan rules. Adjust formulas in white cell as needed to comply with your plan rules.
