• Wow, If you agreed with me and thought the 2012 Nexus 7 was an exellent tablet buy, then new 2013 Nexus 7 is just WAY AWESOME!!!. Without gettting all techie it has even better 7.02 inch 1920x1200 HD IPS display with Gorilla glass (323 ppi) screen , 2Gig Ram, 5MP Rear Camera, Better stereo speaker seperation, Wireless charging, Slimmer, Narrower width for better handling, Better battery usage with a more power efficient 1.5 Ghz Quad core CPU(the brains). Although with a $29 price increase to $229.00, is still an exellent buy considering its high end features.

The Nexus 7 (2013) Review by AnandTechNew Nexus 7: The best small tablet on the market
13
• Nexus 7 Price and Availability •
14
Which shall I buy, 16 or 32 Gig? • The Nexus for reading books, some music, and a few movies the 16 Gig model will do great. The 32 Gig may be be ideal though for someone storing a LOT of music and many movies on the tablet.
15
• Google Play Store 16 and 32 Gig$229 and $26916 Gig will do very well for most users. The 32Gig is for large video and music collections and game players.
16
• Office Depot16 and 32 Gig$229 and $269And many other stores. Buy from your favorite store. Unless a refurbished model the prices will very essentially be the same.

• Asus Google Nexus 7 $229 to $3491.3 Ghz Quad - 4 CPU Cores16 Gig = $229 ~ 32 Gig - $269 = 32 GigOpen Google Play and web • I like the open nature of the Nexus line and the smoothness. Open to web and your own content.
19
• Amazon Kindle Fire HD$229+1.2 Ghz Dual core16-32 Gig MemoryAmazon storefront • A very closed eco-system limited to Amazon content, and a propiatory browser.
20
• The Amazon Kindle Fire HD is a 16Gig tablet for the Amazon consumer for $229. It will be a popular tablet as many people will see advertised prominently on Amazon's popular online store. Its 16Gig memory for $229 will be a powerful temptation for Amazon shoppers. It is only a dual core tablet but it can do nicely for some users. Never the less it is still just a storefront for Amazon products. Does not play well with some apps. Does not work natively with JW library App.
21
• Kindle Fire ReviewOverall, I see the 7-inch Fire HD as a good value for those primarily interested in easily tapping Amazon's large collection of content. PS: The Nexus 7 can also easily tap Amazon content as well as the open wide web to shop.
22
• iPad Mini - 8 inch$399 to $829Apple A5 chip16 Gig = $399 ~ 32 Gig = $499Closed Apple Market • A closed eco-system limited to Apple content. Open browsers. Runs Theocatic sofware just fine. A massive price difference for 1 inch bigger screen.
23
• USB OTG • • An easily obtainable adapter gives access external memory cards and readers using the USB port. Increases access for Documents, MP3's, and Video's when there is no WiFi access. There are two options available. The simple method is just to add the 'Nexus media Importer' app for Read Only access to your USB memory drives and card readers.
24
• Nexus Media Importer • The most memory expansive app there is for the Nexus 7 allows you to import and stream music, video, photos and documents from a USB flash drive or SD card. It uses a simple USB OTG (On-The-Go) adaptor. Cost approximately $1 USD on Amazon), and any standard USB Flash Drives or USB SD Card Reader with an SD Card. No rooting required.
25
• Micro USB to USB OTG cable • An example of a Micro USB to USB OTG adapter used to for to connect your neXus to a Memory stick, Card reader, USB drive or powered HD(hard Drive). Many other sources are available.
26
• USB 16G On-The-Go• A 16 Gig Memory USB drives On-The-Go at Amazon for less than $5 - $14 Dollars
27
• USB 32G On-The-Go• A 32 Gig Memory USB drives On-The-Go at Amazon for $15 - $20 Dollars -- I picked a 32G SanDisk Cruzer Fit for $22 for its very low profile footprint on the end of my USB OTG cable.
28
• Meenovo card reader • Is a Micro SD card reader that works well. $12 Dollars and work with up to a 64 Gig Mini SD card.
29
• Starter Apps •
30
• Nexus Media Importer • Allows you to import and stream music, video, photos and documents from a standard USB flash drive or SD card. Requires a USB OTG (On-The-Go) cable. No rooting required.
31
My Nexus Media Importer Review• The Nexus 7 is a GREAT machine and this app covers its main weakness... No sd card reader. BUT with this app, and an almost unnoticeable low profile 32G USB Flash Drive on the end of an USB OTG adapter and you instantly have all kinds of memory to view EPUB's, PDF's, MP3's and Videos.

• Theocratic Apps •
33
• JW libray App• OFFICIAL - JW media from JW.org. Epub, PDF and MP3 Magazines and Books
34
• JWReader• Automatically downloads JW media from JW.org. Epub, PDF and MP3 Magazines and Books,
35
• Moon+ Reader• I have found Moon reader to have many nice functions and easier to underline than other readers. Faster lookup.
36
• FBReader• Another reader suggested for use along with JWReader. I have found this reader lacking options and difficult to underline study material.
37
• iSilo• To access the complete JW library contents on platforms other than just a PC. iSilo formatted JW library and other publications available from any iSilo user. Great for when PC or online acces is not available.
38
• Ministry Assistant• Organize to keep track of territories, return visits, service time.
39
• Mantano ReaderThis has been recommended on T-Tools but I found it very complicated and difficult to use. Highlighting - Lite version is Free, Reader Essentials is 2.99
