TBDHoldings ImportStandardize terminology for CompletenessThere is currently not a consistent understanding and use of this field which leads to misinterpretation. The Completeness field will remain an optional field.  When used, standard descriptors will be allowed (Complete, Contiguous and Incomplete).  To accommodate the
transition of data after implementation, the recommendation has been made for entries that currently have data in the complete field to be changed to “unvalidated” and contributing libraries asked to review and update the field to reflect the new standard.  (Due to the length of time this has taken to implement, the recommendation regarding existing data should be re-evaluated.  Asw of 2-5-16, 435 records contain data in this field).
STST - 2, FLARE -2#2 behind OCLC, delayed to implement OCLCnot required by tech, but by policy

TBDImportDelete GapsJRNL's Gap import overlays existing Gap records only when the ISSN, Location, Volume, Chronology match exactly. If the Volume/Chronology does not match exactly, JRNL adds the Gap record as a new Gap. This will be a problem for WEST libraries who may have updated the gap holdings on their AGUA disclosure records so they no longer exactly match the JRNL gaps, creating approximate duplicates in JRNL.Provide an option to delete(overlay?)any existing Gap records for the ISSN and Location if the new Gap file contains records for that ISSN and Location.WESTWEST - 1, ST - 1, FLARE -1major rewrite of the code. not possible without substantive investment in time and energy. Overwriting allowed if only one gap statement per title/locationChris thought this was a fairly intensive programming change. Tabby does not see as a big deal. Matches the change to the GAP functionality. The goal is to allow overlay of Gap records within the same Institution/Location, to support batch updating.

OngoingHoldings ExportQuarterly Export ReportA complete listing of Scholars Trust Titles/Holdings are exported from JRNL to be shared with CRL for import into PAPR.This report feature has been in use since the early development phase of JRNL and the ASERL journal retention program.  The report has been generated on an "as needed" basis though the ST Steering Cmte approved the recommendation that this report be run quarterly through December 2016, during which time Scholars Trust libraries may be actively updating records following their data integrity reviews.  After December 2016, the data will be exported on a semi-annual basis.  STST-1. FLARE -3nice to have, not super complicated, lower priority used 2-4 times per year
