Reminder to update module availability by 15 March 2024

Nominations are now open for the next academic year (2024/2025) and we wanted to remind you that we require updated module availability by Friday 15 March. Please send the attached spreadsheet back to us with all the modules that are available for inbound study abroad and exchange students. If you have any questions about completing the form you can either refer to the tutor newsletter from 31/01/2024 or email Lizzey (e.rounding@sheffield.ac.uk or globalopps@sheffield.ac.uk).

Students and partner universities are always reminded that all modules are provisional until registration and we understand that modules may become unavailable for various reasons.

If there are any significant changes to module availability (such as closing whole levels to exchange students) please let us know directly via email as soon as possible (e.rounding@sheffield.ac.uk or globalopps@sheffield.ac.uk).

Action required: please add all the approved study abroad/exchange student modules to this new spreadsheet (attached)* as soon as possible. Students will be invited to apply from Monday 25 March when they will be required to select modules. We will need time to update module availability so need this information by Friday 15 March at the latest. If you have any concerns about this please contact Lizzey.
