In PersonHelp families access school materials from their homes.Many families do not have computers available to them. If safe from a health perspective, members could meet with students in their homes each day to help them access educational materials via the member's laptop (if program provides them) or via copies made at the program's office, etc. Programs should have additional policies in place to ensure the safety of vulnerable populations, for example a parent/guardian must also be home.

TeleserviceProvide usual services via video/phoneFor those programs whose model works well with this, programs can utilize remote software to fulfill usual service activities. For example, literacy tutoring members could facilitate remote sessions between students and volunteers to do literacy tutoring via video software if available to those families.
