Pilot onboarding — class setup form

You're ready to pilot Everybody Reads. To get your classes set up as quickly as possible, we just need one thing from you: a list of your pupils' names and the class teacher's name and email address for each class.

Fill in the 'Class Data' sheet and send it back to us within 24 hours and we'll have everything ready for your pilot start date.

How to fill this in

 1. Make a copy of this file first — it is read-only. In Excel, go to File > Save As and save a copy to your computer. In Google Sheets, go to File > Make a copy.

 2. Go to the 'Class Data' tab at the bottom of the file.

 3. Each class gets its own section. Enter your class name (e.g. P4A or Year 3 Blue) in the amber Class name box, beside the class teacher boxes.

 4. Enter the class teacher's full name and email address in the amber boxes.

 5. List each pupil using their first name and surname initial only, e.g. Sarah T. One pupil per row.

 6. If you have more than one class joining the pilot, scroll down and use the next section.

 7. Save the file and send it back to info@everybodyreads.org.uk
