Any currently enrolled UW–Madison student has the right to speak and answer questions during open forum for no more than three minutes. Speakers will be heard in the order they sign up; however, students who are not elected or appointed members of ASM have the right to speak first. Non-students may be permitted to speak with a majority vote. Open forum is limited to 45 minutes; however, that time may be extended with a two-thirds vote.
