1 | Feel free to delete this "How To" sheet after reading how to use! ⭐Copy this sheet to your Google Drive by clicking File > Make a Copy ⭐ Please keep in mind that because Google Sheets uses your account's default timezone, the dates & cooldown counters might be slightly off. This is just to give a general idea :) ⭐ You are welcome to change the colors and fonts to make the sheet your own but please do not touch the hidden columns, it will break the formulas :( |
2 | At the bottom there are three tabs: |
3 | Main This sheet has an overall tally of your gifts. You do not need to modify any values on this sheet, they will be updated automatically. |
4 | Received This is where you can write the gifts you've received! Dates willl automatically be input when you type a users name, but you can manually override the date if you inputting older gifts. Use one row per gift and only fill out one value for what you receive, the blank cells will automatically turn gray. Gold: Type the amount (ie: 35, 11, ect) Item: Type the item name like "brush", "sorted presents" or you can just put "x". Creature: This can be a link to the creature, the creature code, or "x" There is a note column if you want to jot some notes down. Delete all the values that say "Delete", these are just for examples. |
5 | Sent This is where you can write down the gifts you sent or plan to send! First write the username in the "User" column. If you are waiting to send the gift, leave "Gift Sent" box unticked. This will automatically write "Waiting to Send" for the date until you tick the box. If you have sent the gift, tick the "Gift Sent" box. This is will mark todays date and when you can send them another gift. If the date (Column 2) is incorrect, you can manually type the correct date. There is a note column if you want to jot down notes. Delete all the values that say "Delete", these are just for examples |
