Use this column to select the audience this PDF content serves. All content should serve a specific audience. Consider moving internal, non-public content to another source, such as a document sharing platform.

Evaluation
These columns can help you determine the action to take for this PDF. Necessary PDFs should be mitigated for accessibility. Short PDFs are great candidates to be converted into HTML content.
