I am a public finance executive, Ed.D. researcher, and longtime Houston resident deeply committed to civic engagement and equity. My focus is expanding voter access, empowering immigrant and AAPI communities, and advocating for public education. I currently serve as CFO at a biotech firm, founder of Katy CPA Services, and an active volunteer in education and leadership development.
