Team ParentThe "Traffic Cop" - responsible for making sure all lead coordinator jobs are filled and guided. Should e-mail coordinators a week or so before their assigned event(s) as a reminder so that the coordinators do not forget about their assignments. The team parent will also have access to e-mailing all the parents via the e-list to help gather more general volunteers and distribute general information. Will assist with coordinating end-of-season coaches gifts and is invited to attend the monthly Athletic Boosters meetings to represent the team.Sam Player650-619-9186player.sam@gmail.comSam Player650-619-9186player.sam@gmail.com

Snack Shack CaptainDuring our three home meets, we sell goodies to the masses of fans and athletes. As Captain, you would stock the Snack Shack in advance of each meet, communicating with snack donors to make sure their donation is required or not based on existing inventory. Also would make sure to have enough people to man the event and manage the funds. This fundraising effort is essential for our program!Sam Player650-619-9186player.sam@gmail.com

Home Meet CaptainRecruits volunteers to ensure all meet roles are filled. Attends all home meets, distributes equipment to meet volunteers and makes sure each knows how to perform their role, acts as "runner" to collect results sheets from the Field Events, and fills in where needed. Team Board and Slide Show
Captain procures Senior/coaches/team photographs from Athletic Director Noeth and arranges them on a poster board (also provided by AD Noeth) to be proudly displayed in the cases near the gym. Recommend someone that is good with computers who can arrange a photo slide show to music for End of Season Banquet, and can ensure that every senior is represented amongst all the photos chosen.
