Interview Instructions

Before the interview:

Fill out the general info tab

2)Fill out the Position names and the Question column for each position as needed (copy/paste more tabs if more positions are needed)

3)On the first row of each tab, enter names of candidates for that position in the order of their interview time

Note:for candidates applying to multiple positions, put their names down again for each corrsponding tab, and leave answers for common questions blank for their secondary positions

4)Send the filled out template to your corresponding HR specialist or CUS Executive for interview questions feedback, at least TWO days before the first interview

During the interview:

Record each candidate's answers in the corresponding cells

2)
Record additional notes for applicant feedback (feedback must be provided to applicants

upon request)

After the interview and deliberation:

1)
Record decisions in the "Decisions" tab

2)Contact succesful candidates by phone or in person; record whether they accept the offer
16
3)Contact unsuccesful candidates (can be done through email); remind them that they can ask for feedbacks

4)Email your finished interview spreadsheet file to your HR specialist
