With my little knowledge I developed this excel sheet - to calculate the Income tax for the financial year 2021-2022 (AY-2022-2023)

in a single file you can calcuate - Income Tax details for 24 employees.

made the entries in the "INPUT" sheet

single input for TAN, SCHOOL/OFFICE NAME, DDO, DDO NAME, profession tax amout

select your area HRA grade city

s1 first one is model sheet, it was protected, you can't change or alter the first one (its my personal data- for reference/model )

s2 to s25 you can input the datas

for individuals fileds required is

PAN number, name, designation,

enter march 2021 pay only, select the increment month, it will automatically calculate the pay from mar2021 to feb2022.

hra also automatically appear just verify it.not need to input the hra amount

if you receive the cca amount, enter the amout manually

first time I included the calculation for Physically Challenged friends, (sec 80U)

in income tax please enter income tax and chess amount. If you deducted from march2021 pay

if you started the deduction from April2021 or later , just enter the amount in individual sheet- in corresponding month

if you contributed in chief Minister Releif Fund for covid-19, enter the number of days mostly 1 day salary contributed.

if a particular employee not contributed then put 0 in the column

s2 to s25 all sheets are unprotected, you can change or edit or modify any column/row

for Jacto-geo arrear and bonus amount please enter the amount in the individual sheets s2 to s25

in indivdual sheets , three pages printable area, first two old regime third one new regime.

don't alter or change or delete the extra column/outer column , it was related with the prog calculation.
