**XXXX** Items with double stars I have no idea how Cybertech crafters learn to craft these since they are not purchased from a
trainer or RE'd from a Prototype level and do not have a related schematic to learn it

When searching TORHEAD for all Armor and Mods, you will find other items with the same name or close - these are not craftable as they are found in drops or purchased from vendors.
