2T4 - 2T5 Group Conference Funding Application
12
13
The purpose of conference funding is to provide engineering students with the ability to attend conferences or competitions representing Skule, EngSoc or UofT when they otherwise might have been unable to do so due to financial need.
Please note that applications are approved on a first-come, first-serve basis. Our policy is to directly pay funding to conferences/or their associated costs as opposed to reimbursements but exceptions can be made. Please reach out to the VP Finance to clairfy your options. Additionally, please note that at this time, up to a maximum of $500 per student can be allocated (& $5000 per club) for technical conferences, and up to $200 per student (&$2000 per club) for hobby/non-technical conferences. The exact amount is up to the discretion of the Finance Committee. Please refer to https://skule.ca/finances/conferences.html
