InstructionSelect your cropsSimultaneous intercropping - mix of species or varieties per row or per strips, planted and harvested simultaneously.Row, strip and checkboard intercropping - cultivation of two or more crops simultaneously on the same field with a row, strip or checkboard arrangement.Temporal intercropping - sowing a fast-growing crop with a slow-growing crop, so that the fast-growing crop is harvested before the slow-growing crop starts to mature. 1. Select all crops that you grow in various polycultures.
2. Scroll the form left form to see possible crop arrangements in space and time.
3. Share your arrangements. If you have several polycultures in one category select "NEXT ARRANGEMENT" from the respective crop list and start filling the next arrangement below.
4. Under comments you can specify details of cultivation, your motivation or what functions you wanted to enhance by designing particular polyculture, what worked well and what were the constraints (what can be improved).
5. if you wish, you can indicate your contact details to allow other peer growers to contact you and learn more about your experience or if you want to participate in possible follow-up citizen science trials for mass testing performance of different polycultures under the range of conditions.
6. Select "Finish and submit" at the end of this form and close the browser tab with this spreadsheet. Your response will be automatically recorded and the form will be erased for the next respondent.
