Your team will be awarded a win against any team that does not submit scores. We are playing with teams right across the globe and multiple timezones so please be patient and enjoy being on top of your league ........until the others catch up!!|
|SET UP||Each student will need a waste paper basket and a pair of socks rolled into a ball. (If playing in person then you can share the equipment with members of your team)|
|Place a waste paper basket on the floor, then measure 3 arm widths (arms outstretched to each side. one arm width is from point of the middle finger on the left hand to the other point of the middle finger on the right hand. * If a player has impairments prohibiting this movement please make adjustments to this requirement to suit their individual needs).|
|A line or marker should be placed at the point of 3 arm widths from the basket which becomes the line to toss the socks from.|
|SPIRIT OF THE GAME|
In this self-refereed sport it is important to continuously teach and measure Spirit of the Game. For this reason a Spirit of the game was developed.
Directly after a game, players within your team, assess themselves on the five fundamentals of the sport:
1. Did we know and abide by the rules?
2. Did we play fairly and submit the score we achieved?
3. Were we fair-minded?
4. Did we show self-control and a positive attitude?
5. Did we communicate properly and respectfully?
|DISPUTES||Any errors within the program or disputes can be emailed to: email@example.com|
|CODE OF ETHICS||In any game led by brilliant socially connected teachers from around the world we remind each other that what we write is a digital footprint that can not be removed. e-Challenges are built to connection students throughout the world and unite them in movement as one group. |
1. Be respectful
2. Be positive
3. Be considerate
4. Be FUN
5. Be your best version of yourself
|FLIPGRID||An email will be sent out with the Password for the FLIPGRID. I encourage you to make a small video with your team and connect with others around the world. This is a social experience for all our students and we would love them to engage with each other. I would love also if you students responded to other students videos as this will make this program every so real. This is a closed GRID so only members of this eCHALLENGE will be able to interact with each other. I will put together short clip at the end of the echallenge to highlight the connections made.|
