Data Contribution1AIs the geographic coverage of your outreach clearly mapped out, informed by your data and regularly assessed, to ensure you are able to reach all unsheltered individuals within your community.Yes2/15 update: finished the mapping; next step is to layer the data with a GIS map of resources (shelters, services.etc)

17
3DIs your by-name list able to collect data on all currently homeless single adults in your community, including individuals fleeing domestic violence?Yes2/15 update: VSPs now sending info, but Solari has received few referrals. Training with frontline staff of VSPs occurring on 3/14 to increase awareness/understanding of protocols. 8/29 - A special ROI was implemented in July so shelters can send information to Solari, Solari can check to see if that person is already in HMIS/has had CE assessment. If not, referred to get assessed. If so, either family or individual lead is contacted to take over match. Question will be yes once ROI process is rolled out to all VSPs, not just shelters.

no VSP's enter data into HMIS -- if they are fleeing they are/can be added into HMIS if not served by nonVSP
