13	Comments			brought to the vet again for monitoring of labs, they will try to reinstall her IV fluids, they gave her insulin this morning	Currently still in the hospital but will be discharge within the day, given 1/2 dose of insulin this morning. She had a scary episode of hypokalemia and is currently on IV Kcl, vet said it is probably due to her prolonged NaCl IV infusion. She is currently very weak and lethargic, she has been drinking a lot of water and seemingly very thirsty, asked the vet to abstain from her insulin injection until her potassium is stable	Currently Hospitalized (Day 5), once daily 1/2 dose of insulin given after syringe feeding, still shows no interest in eating on her own thus syringe fed with minimal resistance, Vitals are stable, no stool output today, She seems tired and quietly observing her environment, Food changed to RC Kidney	Currently Hospitalized (Day 4), once daily 1/2 dose of insulin given prior to syringe feeding which caused glucose to drop which warranted IV dextrose for glucose correction, She is less resistant in syringe feeding yet still wont eat on her own, She is more responsive today and has more energy, urinated and formed brown stool	Currently Hospitalized (Day 3), 2x daily dose 1/2 dose of insulin given prior to syringe feeding which caused glucose to drop which warranted IV dextrose for glucose correction, She is inactive and mostly asleep, resistant during syringe feeding would not eat on her own, urinated but without stool	Currently Hospitalized (Day 2), Did not want to eat thus was syringe fed, vitals at normal range, she urinated and defecated. Started with insulin in the evening before her dinner.	Brought to the vet due to noticable weight loss, she hasn’t been eating from her bowl but we found out she would eat from our hands this concerned us so we brought her to the vet. She is alert, playing, and full of energy
