3	Suno	Software/Other	Making Music	https://suno.com/	This is probably my favorite tool of 2024 so far. It's amazing to play with and fun to create. They're also currently being sued by the music labels 🤣

5	ChatGPT	Software/Other	My Personal Assistant [Writing / Coding / Braintorming]	https://chat.openai.com/auth/login	I use this tool daily (since it launched in November 2022). I use as a creative personal assistant --- I get title ideas, brand ideas, summarize items, etc. Here are 30 uses cases that I recorded a while back. [upgraded to Chat GPT Plus in 2023].
6	Claude	Software/Other	My Personal Assistant [Writing / Coding / Braintorming]	https://claude.ai/	This is a ChatGPT competitor. When they launced their newest model, I started using it. I'm using it equally if not more than ChatGPT.
7	ElevenLabs	Software/Other	Clone voices or use their AI voices	https://www.brooksconkle.com/elevenlabs	This tool is getting crazy good. We plan to use for some basic YouTube videos. I've also cloned my own voice. I think it's ready for prime time use.
8	Beehiiv	Email	Send our email newsletters	https://www.brooksconkle.com/beehiiv	*In 2024, they bought an AI website builder and will be integrating into their platform. I have used Beehiiv for 2 years and LOVE it. They ship updates really fast and I think they are going to be a really large company.
9	Descript	Video	Our Video Editing Software	https://www.brooksconkle.com/descript	Started testing in 2023. It's been great so far. What makes it different/unique is that it takes your video and transcribes it. So instead of you editing from a video clip, you edit based on the text -- so can cut lines, remove vocal fillers, etc. They keep adding features (just recently is one that makes it look like your are staring at the camera and not your notes -- creepy but cool).
10	Grammarly	Websites	Software That Helps My Writing	https://www.brooksconkle.com/grammarly	The free version is nice (so get it). We've used the paid version for a few years now -- affordable and totally worth it. My entire team uses it. Personally, I'll toss in emails, blog posts, tweets, etc. into its editor to quickly make adjustments before posting. It makes great suggestions on tone, style, and you can check for things like plagiarism.
11	Canva	Software/Other	Graphic Design	https://www.brooksconkle.com/canva	Amazing tool. They're shipping AI products into the tool almost weekly. We've used the paid version for 4-5 years now. We design EVERYTHING using this. YouTube thumbnails, social media posts, media kits, pinterest pins, website images, etc. etc.
12	Perplexity	Software/Other	Fast Instant Search	https://www.perplexity.ai/	I use this for detailed search. It's fast and good. But I'm not certain they'll survive. I imaging they'll get toppled (or purchased) by a competitor.
13	Ideogram	Images	Making Images [incredible for adding text to images]	https://ideogram.ai/
14	Vapi	Software/Other	Creating AI Voice Agents	https://www.brooksconkle.com/vapi	I am testing creating AI voice agents both for my own business and for new business ideas to launch.

17	GoHighLevel	Software/Other	CRM, Automations, & Agency Platform	https://www.brooksconkle.com/highlevel	I'm using this to help run my real estate agency -- I'm also creating automations (when someone fills out a form, they get automated series of emails, etc.)
18	Notebook LM	Software/Other	Make a wiki of tons of your data.	https://notebooklm.google/	If you already use Google products, this one is cool. You can drop in documents and create a database where you can ask questions about it. You can even create a podcast from the content to learn from.
19	Cursor	Software/Other	IDE for coding	https://cursor.com/	Warning: this is an advanced tool, but it gives you the power to directly code projects on your own!
20	Google AI Studio	Websites	Get a peek at AI tools before the general public	https://aistudio.google.com/	I am currently using their feature to access Gemini while it views your screen. It's basically real time colaboration with screenshare - pretty wild stuff.
21	Make	Software/Other	Create Automations (Zapier Competitor)	https://www.brooksconkle.com/make	This tool is intense, but you can create ANY automation that you can imagine... Want to add a label in gmail and then automatically send out a specifc reply to that person? This can do it.
