Purchase a Spine Bow base with fractured elemental damage, then use Essences to guarantee two high tier elemental damage rolls each attempt. Keep attempting until you hit a 3rd elemental damage roll and/or good suffixes such as Attack Speed or Crit Chance (Multi/Arrows are good too)Use Shrieking or Deafening Essences of Wrath, Hatred or Anger depending on your budget/needs. Once it's finished, optionally Einhar Corrupt it to 30% Quality and use Tainted Fusings to 6-Link it
