The Euphony wall search
2
Destiny 2 — locating the stone wall described in the Euphony lore tab. Community research document, v2.
3
4
The claim we are testing
5
The Euphony raid exotic's lore tab presents itself as a machine translation of text found recessed into a stone wall within the Pale Heart, with low-confidence words bracketed and scored.
6
If that wall exists as findable geometry, it is a bilingual: Pyramid text with an English rendering attached. That would be worth more to the decoding project than everything else combined.
7
It may equally be a literary framing device. Bungie lore tabs often describe places that were never built. Nobody has found it.

9
What the card actually specifies
10
Four concrete, non-metaphorical details: a STONE wall; text RECESSED into it, meaning carved rather than applied; TWO FLORID BUTTRESSES flanking it; and STRINGS PULLED TAUT across those buttresses.
11
One lore constraint outranks all of them. The speaker says 'we speak so often of knives' and 'we are the hand that plucks'. This is the Witness. The Witness carves into its own architecture, not into the Traveler's memories of Sol.

13
What has been checked so far
14
The Sacrarium, in the Transgression, was searched on 6 September 2026 and documented separately. It carries a genuine Witness sign system — five recurring emblems and five atomic shapes across several walls.
15
It is NOT the Euphony wall. Those signs are raised bronze reliefs on Pyramid material in an enclosed room. The card describes recessed carving in stone. Opposite construction, opposite material.
16
That result is logged on the Evidence sheet as EV-002 to EV-007 and scored on the Locations sheet as PH-17.

How to use this workbook
19
1. Go somewhere on the Locations sheet. Photograph anything that matches a descriptor.
20
2. Log the photo on the Evidence sheet and give it an EV number.
21
3. Score the descriptor on the Locations sheet: 0 checked and absent, 1 partial, 2 confirmed by the linked photo. Leave blank if unchecked.
22
4. The weighted score, percentage and rank recalculate. Weights live on the Descriptors sheet and are the only numbers to edit there.
23
Score nothing you have not photographed. The point of the sheet is that a claim can be traced back to an image.
24
25
Two things to be honest about in any write-up
26
The percentages on the lore card were tested against ASCII, A1Z26 mod 26, pair-splitting and digit sums. Nothing came out. 'golden harp' scoring 25% on both appearances is consistent with an in-fiction confidence value, not a cipher.
27
The euphony-versus-cacophony reading of the map is a real design gradient — the garden side against the corrupted side — but it only narrows the search to a hemisphere. It is descriptor D8, weight 1, for that reason.
