Decker Admitted Graduate Student Checklist

This checklist is intended to help you to remain organized when completing important tasks prior to beginning your graduate program. You are responsible for keeping yourself informed of the "important dates, deadlines and events" calendar and all additional information located on the admitted graduate student hub. The calendar lists specific due dates and additional information about each task.

Bookmark the university academic calendar, and student records calendar

Opt-in to receive text messages from Decker
13
Acknowlege the Code of Student Conduct via BU Brain
14
Thoroughly review Decker's online orientation modules
15
Complete request form for transfer of credit or course waiver (if applicable)
16
Complete all Decker College health/clinical practice requirements (PhD students are excluded from this requirement)
17
Complete all Binghamton University health requirements (NOTE: These are separate from the Decker health/clinical practice requirements. Nursing students must complete both sets of requirements)

Upload a photo for your Binghamton University student ID

Review registration "how-to" information, program-specific curriculum plan and curriculum worksheet
20
Register for courses (check your time ticket)
