本專案以「織品服裝新世代」為核心，由年輕團隊製作，並以更貼近年輕世代的語氣呈現，推出《洗標大破解》短影音。透過直覺、有感、輕鬆的方式，帶領觀眾理解洗滌標示，破除常見迷思，讓衣服能夠更耐穿、更長久使用。
影片一開始由一位身穿白袍的專家登場，向觀眾說明「一件普通的衣服也能多活兩年」。鏡頭隨即推近洗標，搭配箭頭指向符號，以簡明語句說明三個最常被誤解的洗標觀念。
第一個迷思是「40°C 就是溫水洗」。許多人誤以為看到 40°C 就必須使用溫水清洗，實際上，這代表的是「可接受的最高水溫」，而非必須使用的水溫。
第二個迷思是「所有衣服都能脫水再晾乾」。若洗標上是一條直線，代表一般晾乾；若為兩條直線，則表示必須滴乾，也就是洗後不可擰、不可脫水。
第三個迷思是「所有衣服都可以乾洗」。事實上，有些材質並不適合乾洗。洗標上若為圓圈，代表可以乾洗；若圓圈上有叉叉，則表示禁止乾洗。
透過這三個例子，觀眾不需要死背符號，也不必查閱資料，只要能正確理解洗標，就能有效延長衣物的使用壽命。

What truly influences the lifespan of clothing and the overall wearing experience is often an overlooked detail hidden inside the garment: the care label. Although small in size, a care label provides essential information about fabric characteristics, washing methods, drying instructions, and necessary precautions. However, these labels are frequently ignored or misunderstood, leading to misshaping, fading, pilling, or even the premature disposal of clothing.

This project centers on the concept of a next-generation approach to textiles and apparel. Created by a young team and presented in a tone that resonates with younger audiences, the short video Decoding the Care Label aims to make garment care easy to understand. Through a clear, intuitive, and engaging approach, the video addresses common misconceptions and encourages more sustainable clothing practices, allowing garments to be worn for a longer period of time.

The video opens with an expert dressed in a white coat, who explains that an ordinary piece of clothing can last up to two additional years if properly cared for. The camera then zooms in on the care label, using arrows to highlight specific symbols while introducing three commonly misunderstood concepts in concise language.
The first misconception is the belief that “40°C” indicates that warm water must be used. In fact, this number represents the maximum acceptable water temperature rather than the required washing temperature.
The second misconception concerns drying practices. Many people assume that all garments can be spin-dried before hanging.
